Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)

Multiple ultrasonic elements are pulsed electronically to steer and focus beams through a component, producing detailed sectional imaging of welds and complex geometries with high probability of detection and full data recording.

Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD)

A rapid ultrasonic technique that detects and accurately sizes weld defects using diffracted signals, ideal for weld integrity assessment and in-service monitoring of crack growth.

Phased Array Corrosion Mapping

Automated and semi-automated scanning creates high-resolution thickness maps of pipework, vessels, and plates, precisely quantifying corrosion, erosion, and remaining wall thickness for fitness-for-service.

Long Range UT / Guided Wave (LRUT)

Eddy Current Testing (ECT)

Eddy Current Array (ECA)

Digital & Computed Radiography (DR/CR)

Digital detectors and imaging plates replace film to deliver instant, high-contrast radiographic images with enhanced defect detection, reduced exposure times, and permanent digital archiving.

Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)

Rapid tank floor and pipeline screening detects top and bottom surface corrosion and pitting over large areas, prioritizing regions for detailed follow-up inspection.

Internal Rotary Inspection (IRIS)

A rotating ultrasonic probe inspects heat exchanger and boiler tubes from the inside, providing precise wall thickness measurement and detection of pitting, erosion, and corrosion.

Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC)

Measures average wall thickness through insulation, coatings, and weather sheeting without removal, enabling corrosion-under-insulation screening while assets remain in service.

Acoustic Emission Testing (AET)

Sensors detect stress-wave emissions from active defects during loading, providing global monitoring of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and structures to locate developing flaws.

Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT)
